
FAQ - How do you ship your RMAs?
Shipping of RMAs:
All RMAs are shipped to the customer by U.S. Postal Service, even if the original shipment was by an Express Service (Overnight, 2 Day Air, etc.). This is because Arch Memory never charges for replacements and a credit card is never verified. (This policy is waived if Arch Memory is at fault and mis-shipped your order. An order is not considered to be mis-shipped if we substitute for a faster memory module that is compatible with your system.)
Arch Memory will ship your replacement package by an expedited service to you for a fee. The charge would be a small discount of the normal shipping rates. And we will always include postage to get the original product back to us at our expense.
Products being sent back for replacement:
We will provide postage for the return of defective parts if notified within 30 days after the delivery tracking shows receipt of the order. After we receive the original shipment, a replacement will be sent at our cost.
