We will ship a replacement drive for DOA parts only, up to 30 days after delivery. An RMA number is required for any replacement. Please call 888-869-3125 to set up the RMA. We do not provide replacements after 30 days. After 30 days, the 3-year warranty must be redeemed directly through the manufacturer.

Any returns to Arch Memory must be less than 30 days from the delivery date, in the original condition, with no scratches or bent pins, and in the original electrostatic bag. Shipping charges are not refundable and the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
