FAQ - Why didn't I receive my e-mail confirmation for my order?
That usually happens because a wrong e-mail address is entered in the order form, or your SPAM filters have "flagged" the email as SPAM. An order confirmation should be sent within 20 seconds after a order is placed. If you don't receive the e-mail confirmation of your order, you most likely will not receive the shipping confirmation either.
