Arch Memory Solid State Drives Warranty Information
Arch Memory warrants for 2 years from the purchase date the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the original purchaser. This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of purchase and must be verified with your sales receipt or invoice displaying the date of product purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and will not transfer to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser. All warranty returns must be received on or before the warranty expiration date.
Arch Memory will, at no additional charge, repair or replace nonconforming memory products with new parts or serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Arch Memory.
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from Arch Memory, nor to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective:
As a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, natural or personal disaster.
By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Arch Memory.
By modification of the product, defacement or removal of the original manufacture warranty seal or serial number.
As a result of service by anyone other than Arch Memory.
Under no circumstances will Arch Memory be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages, lost information or any other incidental or consequential damage arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if Arch Memory has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
