Arch Memory Pro Series M.2 PCIe SSD Warranty Information
All of Arch Memory Brand M.2 PCIe SSD’s come with a limited warranty.
Arch Memory warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and (subject to the conditions set forth below) agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.
**Important:** Arch Memory™ is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. Arch Memory will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason. Failure of the product can result in loss, deletion, corruption or alteration of data (”Data Loss”). Arch Memory is not liable for Data Loss in connection with the product regardless of the cause.
Once the customer begins the process of adding or replacing Arch Memory™'s product into their equipment, the customer assumes full liability from that moment. The customer should seek a bonded and insured professional to insure compensation for any unforeseen loss.
Arch Memory does NOT warrant that the product will be free from design defects or errors known as "errata".
Furthermore, Arch Memory does NOT Cover:
• Any costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product including labor, installation or other costs incurred by you and in particular, any costs relating to the removal or replacement of any Product that is soldered or otherwise permanently affixed to any printed circuit board; OR
• Damage to the product due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation or improper testing; OR
• Any product which has been modified or where the original identification markings have been removed, altered or obliterated from the product, or where the label or screw on the exterior of the Product is removed or broken; OR
• Any PCIe SSD or module Product, the usage of which has reached its write endurance limit, as measured by the "Percentage Used" value of "100", as set forth above.
