 RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

RMA Policy:

If the order has been delivered, a 30-Day money back guarantee is available on all memory products.  A 5% to 20% restocking fee may be charged on orders over $200.00.

Shipping of RMAs: 

All RMAs are shipped to the customer by U.S. Postal Service, even if the original shipment was by an Express Service (Overnight, 2 Day Air, etc.).  This is because Arch Memory™ never charges for replacements and a credit card is never verified.  (This policy is waived if Arch Memory™ is at fault and mis-shipped your order.  An order is not considered to be mis-shipped if we substitute a faster memory module that is compatible for your system.)

Products being sent back for replacement:

We will provide a replacement for any defective part(s) if notified within 30 days after the delivery tracking shows receipt of the order.  Please call
314-261-9560 for a RMA.  We will email you a pre-paid return label for return delivery.  Once we have received the product back, we will ship the replacement. 

If an up front replacement is needed, a charge card must be provided.  We will create a new order, and credit the old order when the product is received.

Products being sent back for credit / refund:

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before the product is returned to us and must be within the 30 day warranty period.

314-261-9560 to obtain a RMA.  Any product received without a RMA will be returned to the customer.  The cost and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We recommend a track-able form of shipping to guarantee your package arrives to us.  If a package is sent without proof of delivery, Arch Memory™ is not responsible for proving receipt of the package.

Products being sent back for replacement after 30 days:

After 30 days, all memory has a lifetime warranty through Arch Memory&trade.  Lifetime replacements must have an RMA issued and be returned to Arch Memory™ prior to us sending the replacement.  The return cost of insurance and shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Arch Memory™ will pay for the return shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery.  Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.
