 Warranty Information for U.S. Customers


Arch Memory warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and (subject to the conditions set forth below) agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.**

To obtain warranty service, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us at 314-261-9560.

All our memory modules are warranted to be free from electrical or manufacturer defects for the life of the original owner.  This warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subject to static or electrical charges.

30-Day money back guarantee on all memory products. We will provide postage for the return of defective parts if notified within 30 days after the delivery tracking shows receipt of the order. After we receive the original shipment, a replacement will be sent at our cost.

After 30 days, all memory has a lifetime warranty through Arch Memory™.  Lifetime replacements must be returned to Arch Memory™ prior to us sending the replacement and the return cost of insurance and shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Arch Memory™ will pay for the return shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery.  Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.

**Important:  Arch Memory™ is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery.  Arch Memory will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.
 

Once the customer begins the process of adding or replacing Arch Memory™'s product into their equipment, the customer assumes full liability from that moment.  The customer should seek a bonded and insured professional to insure compensation for an unforeseen loss.
