International Warranty Information
Arch Memory warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.**
A 30-Day money back guarantee on all memory products. We have taken every precaution to make sure our cross references are correct. However, if you do receive an incompatible part and you ordered through a listed model on our site, we will reship you a replacement by Airmail at our cost after we receive the first part back. If for any reason the part is going to be returned for a credit, the credit will be less all shipping costs. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the module.
After 30 days, the module carries a Full Lifetime warranty. If at any time the module would fail, Arch Memory will replace it.
Lifetime replacements must be returned to Arch Memory prior to us sending the replacement and the return cost of insurance and shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Arch Memory will pay for the return shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery. Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.
